These terms provide a plain-language overview of the expectations for using the HexaVox website and communication platform.
Use of the service
HexaVox provides website, application, and communication workflow services. Users and tenants agree to use the platform for lawful, authorized business communication and platform administration purposes.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their credentials, using appropriate roles, and ensuring authorized personnel manage tenant settings, domains, API keys, and mailbox workflows.
Messaging use restrictions
HexaVox may not be used for unlawful messaging, deceptive traffic, phishing, malware delivery, or unsolicited mass campaigns based on purchased, rented, or scraped recipient data. See the Messaging Policy for more detail.
Tenant obligations
Tenants are responsible for their own domains, recipient relationships, content, configuration, and compliance obligations related to how they use the platform.
