HexaVox privacy overview
This page summarizes how HexaVox handles information related to the public website, account registration, tenant administration, and communication workflows.
Information we may process
HexaVox may process information provided by website visitors, workspace users, and tenant-operated communication workflows. This can include contact details, account profile information, domain configuration data, communication metadata, and message content needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website and application, authenticate users, provision tenants, manage domains and mailboxes, support inbox and voice workflows, improve reliability, and protect the platform against misuse.
Tenant data boundaries
HexaVox is structured around tenant-scoped operations. Domains, mailboxes, API keys, and workflow context are intended to remain within the current tenant boundary except where platform-wide administration is explicitly required.
Sharing
We may work with infrastructure and delivery providers that help power website hosting, application hosting, messaging delivery, and operational tooling. We do not describe HexaVox as a public marketplace for customer data.
